Hi,
We have deployed 250 port CWMS server without IRP, Need clarity on the below question.
1. System Capacity - 250 Simultaneous user , Is it means maximum port limits for system will be 250.
e.g for Audio only call, If we schedule/host meeting for 100 attendees then out of 250 port 100 ports get utilized for that meeting and150 ports will be free to host the other meetings.
2. Can we customize the CWMS Voice prompt e.g Instead of "Welcome to Webex" Can we record and play " Welcome to XYZ Conferencing Service" etc.
3. For Audio only conference calls, Can we restrict Webex link should not be populated in mail invitation?
Plz help to get clarity on above queries...
Thanks,
Vinod K

1) Yes it means at any time only 250 concurrent users will be able to use/attend the meetings. If 251st user tries to to attend/host a meeting he will not be able to do.
2) I dont think so there is a way to re-record or customize the CWMS greetings.
3) Again I dont think you can restrict the webex link for the online portion.

Hi Vinod,
As Terry explained, if you have 250 user system, you can have maximum of 250 participants in meetings at the same time. 251st participant won't be able to join any meeting.
As for Prompt Customization, it is not a fully implemented feature, but there is the ability to do some Extended Branding. Please provide me with your e-mail address (direct message me in the support forum) and I can share with you some details about this feature. We expect it to be fully added in future versions of CWMS, but at this time I can share with you unofficial information that is still supported. I have a document for 1.5 version, but should be applicable to 2.x as well.
As for Audio only conference calls, are you asking about Personal Conference feature, or just regular meeting but you intend to join via Audio Only?
