The Jabber deployment and configuration guide already covers what you're asking, review the guide for your Jabber version, as you failed to mention what Jabber you're referring to, I'm assuming Jabber for Windows. If not, you need to clearly mention which Jabber you're asking about.

thank you for your reply
i have a question : what's the name that should i give to picture on web server ??

Your question is about the 'filename' of the user's photo on the Web Server, my understanding is correct?
If the above is correct, you should use <username>.<extension>
Where <extension> could be JPG, BMP and PNG.

yes i mean the user's photo
if the the name of user on cucm is : abdel chakiri
the user's photo name shoud be achakiri.PNG ???????

You already have another thread on which you're asking the same thing
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12408546/cisco-jabber-picture-not-displayed
Short answer: Whatever AD field you define as substitution token, you use for the name as the example that is in the other thread.
What it should look like, you should know by looking at your directory fields...

Hi,
remember that the optimum dimensions for 'Contact Photos' are 128x128 pixels with an aspect ratio of 1:1.
It looks like to me that you are using 400x300 pixels, am I correct?
Try again please, but using the optimum dimension.
