Desktop Sharing activation on CUCM 8.0.3

Hi,

we have CUCM 8.0.3 installaed. jabber is working fine but we are not able to share desktop. according to documents it's

cmterm-bfcp-e.8-6-2.cop.sgn file need to be added on CUCM 8.6.2 or higher but documents does not tells anything obout the lower versions of CUCM.

can anyone help in this regards and guide the which COP file to be uploaded on CUCM 8.0.3 version for enabling BFCP.

Hi,

Only 8.6.2 or above support Video desktop sharing.
