Redistributing software would be a EULA violation. Reach out to your Cisco Collab TSA and explain the situation. They have access to an internal software library and can publish files if appropriate. Be prepared to explain your plan for an upgrade or migration to Webex Calling though; that version is ancient and shouldn’t be used these days.
