Disable Jabber Client off hook with Attendant Console

Hi All, I have CUCM 10.5 and IM&Presence 10.5

 

I'm using Jabber 10.6 and Cisco Unified Attendant Console. I would like to use my phone and Attendant console for calls but, not Jabber.

 

When I go off hook with my phone or Attendant Console my Jabber also goes off hook and it pops up. Is there a way to disable the Phone piece for myself, and not a global change to the system.

Hi Jaime, Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard version 11.0

Interesting, I also have CUACS 11, backend is CUCM/IM&P on 10.5 latest release, and I have Jabber 11.0.1 and CIPC 8.6.5.

I have Jabber, CIPC and CUACS in the same machine, and chose CIPC to be used when logging in, and when I try to make a call, I can only see that CIPC goes offhook, Jabber only shows (in a call), but it does not steal focus or pops up

I don't know. I see that my local xml config has the following:

<userConfig name="device_service-phone.mode" value="Deskphone"/>

I'll try setting the value =none and see if that helps.

 

Wondering if the File Options - CALLS set to NEVER would help.
