Dears,
I want to add additional field (Pager) in the Call manager from Active directory. I tried to add it by adding a custom field in the LDAP directory page, It appears in the user page in the call manager but doesn't appear in the jabber client contacts info.

Whats your directory source ? Is it UDS or LDAP server ? Try adding the parameter <OtherTelephoneNumber>Pager</OtherTelephoneNumber> in jabber-config.xml file

Tried the Both and not worked. is there any other method except changing the config.xml file??

No, you have to try with jabber-config.xml file

The LDAP custom fields you can add to CUCM are not used by Jabber, those are mostly used by other apps, like for example the ACs.
The number of fields that Jabber shows, and their names, are fixed, you cannot add anything or change the name of anything.
Your only option is what Varundeep mentioned, and the mapping of the fields is controlled only by the jabber-config.xml files.
