I have CUCM cluster consists of 1PUB+2SUBs+2TFTPs. I made cluster restart and found the publisher & one subscriber nodes are having the attached message and I had to press enter key to make them up.
Anyone faced the same issue?

Thanks for you reply. In my case the is PMP license installed. I want to remove that warning from the TC . It seems there is a user tried to make Ad-Hoc video conference without having PMP license.
