DND ( do not disturb ) behaviour on Shared Lines

One of the customer has Deskphone, jabber on windows , jabber for android and Jabber for IPhone. when he activate DND , he is not getting any calls on the Jabber for android but he is getting calls on Jabber for IPhone. Is this normal behaviour ?  DND should act per device base i believe
