- Has anyone come up with any kind of a cheat sheet that makes it easy to identify the purpose of each email template in Site Admin, and it's location in a business process workflow? We've seen the chart in the Site Admin Guide already.
- Has anyone come up with a way to reprogram the variables in these templates?
We realize that there is no WebEx-published cheat sheet and we realize WebEx Tech Support says reprograming of variables cannot be done.
We're looking for creative solutions that other partners/customers may have found.
