Dears,
I recently build a collaboration edge for MRA usages. All are working as expected. I was having good days. But suddenly my expressway edge is getting crashed and not responding. I can't even ping the expressway edge IP address. when I logged into vsphere and check the console, I found the message - TCP: request_sock_TCP: Possible SYN flooding on port 7001. sending cookies
I have to reset the expressway VM instance to bring up the edge server every time the issue occurs. also noticed below event entry in the expressway edge server
2019-09-26T09:46:30.550+01:00 | kernel: #PF error: [normal kernel read fault] |
2019-09-26T09:46:30.550+01:00 | kernel: BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000008 |
any help will be appreciated.
Regards,
Shalid
