Hello Bro,
We have deployed Cisco Expressway 14.0.6 to make use of Client "Jabber fore android and iphone" to Business calls, and its working so fine but one issue:
Sometimes, randomely, we receive a calls where the two parties cant hear each other, and the partner replied that this is ISP inspection on the traffic, which is not totally recommeded by Cisco.
If you agree with the response, I need a link from CIsco the states that clearly because I have been in struggle with the provider explaining the issue but we still reaching nothing.
Any link will be used for this purpose with the ISP? "If no other solution is suggested other than stopping the inspection on the traffic".

Hi,
Usually the issue with Audio is due to NAT/ALG function on perimetral firewall. If you have this feature enabled, please disable it and it should help.
