Extend & Connect Outbound calls doesn`t work.

Hi -

We are trying to configure the Jabber Extend & connect  feature on  CUCM 9.1.2 & Jabber for Windows 9.2.3. Inbound calls work perfect  ,but not the outbound. If we try to initiate a call with the remote  number on the Jabber , nothing happens. Please help.

Make sure you have a default region configured and it interacts with other regions you may have configured.
