This will require several updates and to be on the latest and greatest release.

You can start by reviewing x8.9 documentation, I noticed that the SU2 for 11.5 was just released, the documentation (not sure if it has already been released) will have info on this. Or at least they should have it.

After read all the VCS guide 8.9, this what I understand needed for Jabber to integrate  Skype for Business for IM Presence

- VCS-E and C

- Meeting Server

- Lync Edge

- License : UCM Enhance license is enough (as come with Expressway license)
