Find Cisco meeting server hardware model

How do i find which hardware or virtualized solution is used to run my cisco meeting server?

i have access to the web admin interface aswell as ssh connectivity.

Cisco Meeting Server software can run on UCS-based Cisco Meeting Server 1000 and Cisco Meeting Server 2000 as well as older Acano X1 server and virtualized 

how do i find out which one is mine running on? Other than going into the datacenter and physically searching.

You can not, "other than going into the datacenter and physically searching".
CMS will always be a VM, so how should it know, which HW is behind the VM-env?

The CMS VM won’t know what hardware it’s running on - but the underlying VMware ESXi hypervisor will. Login to the host, or vCenter if it’s integrated, and look at the hardware specs.
