Please share the required firewall ports for cisco jabber voice calls 
call manager 7.1.5

No current release of Jabber would be compatible with that CUCM release, even 9.7 required CUCM 8.0(1) as minimum.

Anyway, the planning guide for Jabber has all the required ports as well as requirements and compatibility.
