Hi,

Can an A-flex 2 A-FLEX-NUCM-MC be merged with Flex 3 along with A-FLEX-NUM-MC.  I have a customer who has 2 separate subscriptions and would like them on the one.  What is the difference between the 2?

Thanks,

Kelly

Hi,

The Collaboration Flex Plan SKU A-FLEX is a top level part number and A-FLEX-NUCM-MC is part of it for Named User Cloud Meeting. You can migrate from A-FLEX to A-FLEX-3 with same A-FLEX-NUCM-MC. If you would like to merge multiple subscriptions into one then you need to check with your Cisco Partner or Cisco Account Manager. They will be able to help you.

The main difference between Flex-2 and Flex-3 is that the "Active User Meetings" option is no longer available with Flex-3.

Thanks, Vaijanath S.

As @Vaijanath Sonvane mentioned, major difference was that the "Active User Meetings" option is no longer available with Flex-3. But now "Active User Meetings" is available with Flex 3.

First open  a ticket with Cisco Licensing Tac and check with them if they can do it. if not Contact your Local Cisco AM or partner who supplied it.

You can open a licensing case   from below.
