Hi, support,
could you please help me, How can I retrieve the chat of any specific user in our custom Tab design in HTML?
Please provide some guidance.

Custom tabs are just embedded webpages served by some other application server; Jabber/Webex app does not log what happens with that web app. If using Jabber with IM&P the message archiver feature is limited to XMPP messages routed through IM&P. Same thing with the Webex app: only the built-in Webex messaging traffic is available through the Webex Control Hub eDiscovery portal.

@Jonathan Schulenberg I need to create a CISCO Jabber client plugin/screen which will be used for
chatting with contact or group. It reads the text chat and translates the chat into the target language in real time while sending or receiving the chat messages.
could you please suggest me for this?

I'm not aware of an existing product/integration that does this for Jabber.

There are several bots that can be used in Webex that will do translation services. The bot has to be added to the space and when someone types a comment that they want translated, they will have to @mention that bot to have the translation occur. Here's a screenshot of the ToSpanish bot:
To add the bot, you can either go to the Webex App Hub at this LINK. You can also get to the app hub by opening a space in Webex and select "Add apps" from the Settings icon next to the space name.
