How Cloud registered Webex App can use On-premise gateway for PSTN calling.

Hi,
If you are using Webex Calling then you can use Local Gateway functionality which will allow you to use on-premise PSTN connectivity to make PSTN calls from Webex App. Please see below documents:

If you have CUCM on-premise and Webex App registered with Cloud, then you can use Hybrid Calling functionality. Please see below URL for this:

I read above article and understood. However my question here is regarding Webex app. At present we have Jabber registered in on premise UCM and use for PSTN calling. If i replace it with cloud registered Webex App. How can i use the PSTN call functionality. I only see option to add few hardware endpoints for hybrid calling

Webex APp will use the same device type you used for jabber. Follow the guide @Vaijanath Sonvane shared for deployment. You can also refer below Cisco live presentation to understand how it works. You can also watch the live session video about migrating from Jabber to webex..

If you are trying to replace Cisco Jabber with Webex App and want to use PSTN functionality from Webex App then you need to follow below deployment guide:
Most of the configuration for Cisco Jabber and Webex App in CUCM is same. Once you follow this document, you will be able to have PSTN functionality in Webex App.
