We have our users home and mobile numbers listed in active directory for other uses. That information is coming over into Jabber 10.5 when trying to call them or viewing their profile.
How can I hide this information from the end users? Removing it from AD is not an option.
Thanks
Richard

Have you tried just mapping those fields in the jabber-config.xml to some other bogus field, or to the internal DN?

Jaime,
How can I map the field "HomePhone" ou "BusinessPhone" do the internal directory number?
My users want to call each other by just clicking one time on the phone icon (android). As the client is showing the work phone, a prompt appears for them to choose between URI or work Phone.
I tried to remap the field to a fake field as did Adam, with no success.
Thank you.

You change the mapping in the jabber-config.xml file.
Not making the call if you have more than one directory number and/or URI is the default behavior for all clients.

Did you fix this?

ok i got this sorted for Jabber Mac10.5
Just add in a "bogus field" for the home number into the jabber-config.xml file like Jaime said.
Example: <BDIHomePhone>bogusphone</BDIHomePhone>
