How do I reset the self care portal user pin for an end user in CUCM?

I’m assuming this is under [Self-Service User ID] in the End User page?

There are a few options as far as I can think of.

• End user configuration in the admin web UI.
• On the Extension Mobility phone service in the logged in state.
• End user web UI, aka Self Care Portal.

If your requirement is to reset the pin for a user, change the PIN from Enduser page

Selfcare uses Password, Not pin.
