How does Cisco Cube accept both TCP and UCP?

Hello,

I am trying to understand how Cisco Cube accepts both UDP and TCP flows. 

I have an incoming dial-peer with session transport TCP but it accepts UDP call. And the with UDP it also works. 

The call coming in is always going to be UDP. I am wondering if there is something working behind the scenes or how this works?
