How to access historical voicemail from unity connection?

Unity connection 12.5 is using UM sending voicemail to email. But some reason unity connection did not sent email last 3 months.  After re-sync and test the UM profile, unity connection started sending email. Now particular department asking access all the voicemail for that period.

How can we access voicemail for those period? Is there any way to access all theose voicemail by admin with any tool? They don't want access all deleted email one by one from deskphone.

Please advise!

If I understand correctly, CUC did not synch unread mail for the three month gap in synchronization and your users would like to be able to access those emails by some other method than by phone.

If CUC does not synch unprocessed voicemails with the email account (and I would think it should), your users can also access voicemail using Web Inbox. You will want to check the box in their Class of Service for "Allow Users to Use the Web Inbox and RSS Feeds". Then also make sure they know the GUI password for their voicemail box - which I would imagine LDAP Authenticated if you are using UM.

Once they are enabled to use the Web Inbox, they can access their voicemail using a web browser at http://<cuc.ip.or.fqdn>/inbox Notice that this is http and not https.

Thanks Maren. I normally use web inbox to browse voicemail and instrestingly they have only messages from last 3 days in the inbox. Voicemail to email was broken for last 2 months and once we resync/test connection for UM profile yesterday it is working as expected but we still missed those last two months voicemail on the vocie mailbox.
