How to active users when SSO is enabled in Webex Control Hub

Hi everyone,

 

I have a simple problem about how to activate users who are added in the Webex Control Hub.

 

First, these are the environment of my Webex Hub.

- Active Directory Integration enabled : automatically added users from AD.

- SSO enabled : SSO enabled with ADFS.

- Suppress invite email option enabled : do not send invity emails to users.

 

In this situation, some of the users are still remaining "invite pending" status.

They haven't received the activation email but want to use Webex.

How could I make them to activate their own account?

I thought that if I enable SSO, the accounts automatically get activated, but it doesn't.

Does somebody know the answer about this problem?

Do yo also have an automatic license assignment configured so they are entitled to use Webex Meetingns? If yes, they should be able to login to your Webex site. Open a TAC case if they can’t.
