Hi experts,
So i'm very new in collaboration world especially in recording with Calabrio application.
I just register a cisco profile extension to calabrio, i also have assign that profile to calabrio team and group. I also have licensed that profile/extension. In CUCM side, i have configure the directory number and end user.
But it seems that calabrio can not record that extension.
I have checked the calabrio, and i found that that extension is not logged to the agent. For comparison, the logged agent (that i cover his identitiy by red ink), can be recorded by calabrio.
My question is how to login to calabrio agent?
