Can anyone suggest a good resource to create lab setup for CUCM 10.5 in VMware with ESXi

There is nothing special about installing a lab CUCM, same instructions, requirements and files as if you were installing it for production.

If you want lab licensing, you would need to buy a lab kit or NFR kit.

You should be targeting the latest shipping release, not 10.5 which is EOS and not receiving any updates
