Hello everyone, I have a problem with my cisco jabber since I started using my Iphone I'm having trouble using it, I can't see any Incoming calls or alerts and I've already check that my phone not on 'DND' mode , Notifications on my Iphone's setting also checked. Nothing helped still the same problem when I'm using Jabber app I don't receive any calls, If someone could help me please , Thanks !

Hi,
Jabber notifications on smartphones are always related to app permissions and notifications settings.
If you want to receive calls on your phone while in sleep mode you should enable Apple Push Notifications (alias APN) on your CUCM. Its activation depends on your CUCM Version.
Here is a guide on how activate APN
Can you please confirm tha you can see calls arriving on your IPhone while you have Jabber opened?

The App is open and I still don’t see Incoming calls which I've seen before when using my android, But now after I started using Jabber on IPhone I can’t see the calls.

As @Ashish Patel already said, if you are just an end-user, you should talk to your system-admin first.
If you are just end-user, you normally have no privileges and access to the system and you cannot provide any info of the configuration and logs.
