Identify which config file used for all users?

Hi all.

We have a few jabber-config files used by different users and now I need to identify all users using a specific config file. They are all triggered using the "Cisco Support Field" on the device.

Is there a way I can export this specific detail to a CSV file or something?

Sure. Use BAT Export Phones and it will dump the config to CSV. Import into a spreadsheet and filter to the rows containing the desired Cisco Support Field value.
