IM and Presence dB replication issue

Hi Team, 

We have IMP cluster with one PUB and SUB. 

The dB replication value for SUB is 3.

I did below troubleshootings

verified the ntp status. 

Run utils diagnose test - ntp tests are passed. 

Network connectivity also verified. 

Tried to repair table. 

Tried to reset the table. 

Still dB replication is at 3.

Can any one help me on this.

If you have already tried "utils dbreplication repair all", please proceed with the final step to restore dbreplication given below:

But make sure that the diagnose tests are successful without any error and network validation is fine on both pub and sub. Also do this during off business hours.

Reset the database replication from scratch
Follow the below sequence to reset the database replication and start the process from scratch.

utils dbreplication stop all  (Only on the publisher)
utils dbreplication dropadmindb (First on the subscriber then the publisher)
utils dbreplication reset all ( Only on the publisher )
