Incoming Call - open URL

Hello everybody,

is there any chance to open an url, based on the incoming number?

I want to jump into MS Nav (contact card) if the incoming number is in the system.

I was wondering the same thing. Is it possible to open some URL/webpage based on the incoming calling number? Preferably only when the call is connected, so popups aren't opened when you don't pick up.
