IRP Error 3-302 (DNS Entry)

Greetings,

I want to know where we will resolve IRP eth0 IP & Hostname, inside DNS or external DNS as dmz DNS is just read only and entry can not entered.

For NATted public IP it is already resolving on external DNS. 

I'm resolving IRP eth0 IP on internal DNS but its not getting resolved and shows error 3-302 on IRP VM machine. Even though from others PCs with nslookup I can see that IRP eth0 is getting resolved to desired hostname.

Eth0 IP: 172.16.x.10

Hostname: cwms-irp

Eth 1 IP: 172.16.x.11

Hi Abbas,

IRP VM must be able to reach the DNS server that you configured while deploying IRP VM. That DNS server must be able to resolve IRPs Eth0 FQDN and IP address. 

Make sure you can ping this DNS server from the network where IRP Eth0 will reside, and make sure DNS queries go through from that network to the configured DNS server.
