Hello,
while testing WebRTC CMA I am encountering the following problem as below described:
1) Log into User1 space
2) Join meeting (as first participant - no one else is in)
3) Outbound call to User2
4) User2 receives and accept the call on its device
5) User2 now shown as a participant in User1's space
6) "No one is sending video" is shown on User1 browser
7) User2 shows the callbridge background image on his screen
8) If User1 gets out the meeting and back in the video is started on both sides of the communication and all looks fine
Additional notes:
a) the issue doesn't show up if User2 joins the meeting as FIRST participant (and User1 joins after User2)
b) this issue seems to affect only the owner of the space (User1), while the remaining participants can see each other
right from the beginning of the meeting (no workaround - such as above (a) - is needed)
I guess this may have to do with some initial negotiation around bandwidth or encryption (?) but cannot get rid of it.
Can anyone help?
