Hi
PC freezes (problem was also in 9.1.0) when you take the call on your mobile phone when you have single number reach enabled on the same line as in CSF profile. It's not always but usual.
Have a look in the logs around 10:43-10:44AM

Hi,
Logs from the attached problem report point to known defect (CSCud58532). Although you are experiencing the PC freeze for a different scenario, the underlying root cause is same. Is Cisco Security Agent (CSA) installed on this machine by any chance?

No CSA is not installed. We can reproduce this problem on all clients if snr is configured on the line and jabber is installed.
