Hi,

We have a customer where the first call of the day doesnt ring in the PC. It only gives pop up notification.

Once they answer the calls, it takes 10 to 15 sec for either party start hearing anything.

This happens to entire staff and only first call of the day.

 

Can anyone please help in resolving this issue
