Jabber dials old DN

I added a new DN and phone to CUCM (ver 10) over a month ago. Within a day of creating, it was necessary to assign a different DN to the phone, which was no problem. A/D account was changed, LDAP synced to UCM, UC user account shows correct, everything points to the new DN. But Jabber, for all users, still dials the old DN. If I search the user in Jabber, right-click, and view profile, the DN is correct. Click the call button, and it dials the old number. I've deleted the Jabber folder under users, [username], app data, local, cisco, unified communications, and let Jabber rebuild it, but it's still picking up the old DN.

I'm at a loss as to where it would pick the old DN.

Hi,

Please delete the Jabber folder from appdata/roaming.

Also check the outlook address book for the same contact entry.
