First of all - apologies if this has been answered in a previous post. I simply couldn't find anything similar to the issue we have.
Our Client uses Cisco Jabber 10.5 (full collab integration). When the client receives an inbound call, they are able to answer it using the jabber application on their windows machine. However, while on an active call, if a second call arrives at the phone, when the user clicks the answer button, the two calls are joined into a conference, instead of placing the first call on hold. Also, I have had reports that if there is an active call, and a second call comes in, if the user attempts to transfer the first call to another extension, both calls will be transferred at the same time.
It is very off behavior, and I would appreciate any help the community could provide.
