Hello,
We are using Jabber 10.5.2 and need it to dial "9" for an outside line before it dials a contact number from Active directory. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this resolved? Thanks in advance.

Hello Robert
That can be done with application dial rules In communication manger.

Thanks Christopher,
It shouldn't affect my regular phone dialing rules and add a "9" because it's set as an "Application" dialing rule? I'm not familiar enough with Cisco phone systems yet, but learning quickly.
