After upgrading from Jabber client 11.5 to client 11.9 I've lost all my contacts phone numbers in their profiles. I can right click and edit profile and add contact number but not sure how to just have them show up. Thought there was a setting out there I could change. If I logon to my test pc with 11.5 the contact numbers are there.
All the DNs from the contacts are pulled from your directory source, if it works fine in other machine, you can reset Jabber, delete all the cache files and try to login again.
