Jabber 12.1 status lock

We are looking at ways to stop users from been able to manually change their status setting on the Jabber windows client.

Please can you have a look into this and provide us with a solution on how we are able to lock the Jabber client software down to the admin configuration IE "Option - Status"

Is it possible to set the below highlighted checkbox and remove from it from settings display or make it non-editable?
