When using my Jabber softphone while working from home, my audio doesn't work when I call certain users. Jabber Version 12.9.3.54813.
The users that are unable to hear me and I'm unable to hear them, work in 2 different remote offices. However, when I call anyone else, the audio works fine.
I've checked the End User Security groups and Jabber configuration for the users, but I don't see anything that would cause a problem. It's really weird that it only happens with certain people.

Hi,
what does "working from home" mean exactly? Are you using a VPN or MRA to connect into the company?
It sounds, that you have IP communication problems. Maybe, something is blocking the media traffic from / to your Jabber to those Users.

are you on wifi? use an ethernet cable. I support a lot WFH users and this is a big problem on home wifi.
