One of my customer have been using Cisco Expressway with CUCM 10.5 for B2B video calling for sometimes. They have just turn on the jabber service and everything work great when they are inside their own network. However, when they go outside and need to registered through cisco expressway, they can not make any call. It will give back a disconnected tone everytime they make a call. The strange thing is that they can make a chat with other jabber without problem. I try to look for a log and status on Expressway C/E and CUCM but so far I found nothing wrong. Would like to ask for advise from anyone who face this issue before.

Are those calls to internal phones??

I assume you have already checked your unified communications configuration on you VCSc and e?
PLease make a call from a mobile jabber client and trace the call on cucm to see if the client actually sends the call to cucm.(use RTMT). also state the calling and called number.
It might be as simple as a calling search space.
