We have configured jabber with MRA, we are experiencing some quality issues with Jabber when user connect via MRA. How can we TSHOOT this ? what logs need to be taken ?

I am also wondering if there is a best practice method to troubleshooting call quality for MRA endpoints.
Is there a way via expressway CDR logs or some other means to determine if the packet loss is being introduced between the internet phone & expressway-e or between expressway-c & the internal endpoint?
