Jabber Client configuration

Do I have associate end user under line configuration for jabber devices? Jabber for iphone, ipad, Android, Windows and MAC

If yes, is there BAT tool I can use for this?

If you associate the line to the user in that box, it allows the 'on the phone' status to work.

You don't have to configure it, but it's good practice. I don't think you can do it through BAT.. you certainly couldn't a few years ago when I wrote a tool to do it via AXL for myself
