Hi,
My manager recently purchased ipad4 and installed jabber client. We entered all the relevant fields like:
Internal VCS, External VCS, movi username and password.
When we try to login, we get error message:
“cannot find server”
At the same time, when we try to login from IPAD3 with the same configuration and usernamer, it works perfect. We checked internet connectivity. Everything seems ok. Emails are working fine.
Please help to resolve the issue.

Can you include a screen shot, I had a similar problem with the IPAD4 until I change the hostname of the TFTP server in CUPS, to an IP address, after that, no problems.
