my arry is :
cucm 8.6
presence 8.6
whan i install the jabber client ver 9-2-5 on a thik client .(windows)
problem :on options video the device don't see the camera (the driver install) .
i have in the same device a microsoft link install in the seting i can see the the camera works fine .
i am going to remove microsoft link and replace it in jabber. *
Q : how can i debug this issue ? my costumer said that it is in my side .

Have you checked region relationship and location settings? Normally this problem is due to bandwidth.
