Hi

if i have Jabber on Android and registered on CUCM, if user became out of Network then he can;t use this software, right??

Hi Faziz,

You're understanding is right. Once Jabber unregistered/ is not reachable with CUCM/IM & P then you cannot use the software. Basically you got ensure Cell is pingable to CUCM/IM and Presence server to work.
