Jabber Config "can not communicate with server "

Dear All , 

i have new setup with cucm 12 , Cisco jabber on window client machine showing "can not communicate with the server " , if my CUCM and presence server are behind the firewall what are the specific ports i need to open on firewall so i can have communication between jabber client and presence server .
