I'm trying to install the latest version of Spark but it insists on trying to install the older version first and looks for the older MSI file, which I no longer have. Is there a way to bypass this?

hi guys  i have two sip trunks go to webex in CUCM, but it's not working from yesterday , and then i trace calls and find termination caused code is 134217749 and another one is 65 as below picture.    do you have any ideas ??
