My Jabber client began crashing within seconds when it loaded. I updated to v11.7 and get the same result.
Here is the fault info:

It will be easy if we look into the stack logs. Could you please collect the file dump after recreating the issue n attach it here

Hi,
can you check the following:
1. Disable windows firewall service and restart the PC to check if it works.
2. If you have any other IM client installed on the workstation like Skype or Lync etc then uninstall it
3. Are you trying to use Jabber on a virtualized workstation? If yes then do you have VXME installed?
4. Check CPU usage to make sure nothing on the workstation is causing it.
5. How many users are affected?

There was only 1 person effected. they tried what suggested with no change. Then reinstalled with 11.7.1 and it worked.
