hi folks,
I have VCS/Expressway Collaboration Edge deployed and when I connect from Internet with my Jabber for iPhone or Android I see in Jabber settings/details that there are internal IP addresses of my CUCM and IM&Presence servers.
is that normal behavior? is it how it works by design?
thanks

I have 10.6.0 on my iphone, and when I log into Jabber, and check the menu in top left, I can see at the bottom of the menu my various services. When I click on them, I can see the FQDN of the servers I have for IM&P and voice services.
In your Exp C config, under UC communications, are you using IP addresses, or FQDNs? I believe that this determines what is seen on the jabber client.
The jabber client, during log in, gets an edge-config via the Exp E and C, and uses that information to register and function.

hi,
in my ExpC config I'm using FQDN and they are internal. however I see in Jabber settings internal IP addresses as I mentioned previously. so I think this setting doesn't determines settings on the client.
the same with CUP node
