Platform info: CUCM 11.0 Jabber Desktop for Windows (not a CSF device)
I'm seeing an odd issue with Jabber... If we select a User from the directory and hit the call button, we get an error that the call cannot be made. If we manually dial that same User's phone number, their phone dials and connects the call without issue. Both instances show the same exact phone number being called in the window.
I'm thinking that routing through the directory is missing something. Ideas on how to identify the problem?
